About This Opportunity

American Diesel Outfitters LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Field Service Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and repair on heavy-duty diesel trucks and construction equipment.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must be self-sufficient, highly skilled, and capable of independent decision-making in demanding field environments.

Heavy Equipment & Diesel Systems Serviced

Diesel Trucks & Fleets

Freightliner, Western Star, Mack, International, Volvo, Sterling, GMC vocational fleets.

Construction Equipment Technician Work

Caterpillar (CAT), JCB, John Deere, and heavy construction machinery systems.

Agricultural Equipment

Farm equipment, off-road machinery, and regional agricultural diesel systems.

Diesel Technician Job Responsibilities

Diesel Technician Requirements & Qualifications

  • 15+ years diesel or heavy equipment repair experience

  • Valid driver’s license and clean record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in field conditions
  • Independent field service capability

Program Structure
  • Virtual equity units represent participation in company value growth
  • Units are not direct ownership equity or corporate stock
  • Program is designed as a deferred compensation mechanism tied to performance and tenure
Senior Technician Allocation
  • Up to 10,000 virtual equity units may be awarded to Senior Mobile Field Service Technicians
  • Equivalent to approximately 1% participation within a 1,000,000-unit internal allocation pool
Vesting Terms
  • 36-month vesting schedule
  • Continued employment required for vesting eligibility
  • Performance and conduct standards apply
  • Formal agreement governs all terms and conditions
Additional Roles
  • Supporting personnel may be eligible for up to 5,000 virtual equity units
  • Allocation based on role responsibility and tenure
