Steve Levy embodies the diesel industry. With over 30 years of hands-on experience, his career is a testament to technical mastery, impactful leadership, and a profound dedication to the industries that power our nation, a commitment rooted in his love for his country.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Steve forged his discipline and precision in the military, carrying those core values through every step of his professional journey. His path has encompassed virtually every facet of the diesel world: from wrenching on engines and servicing heavy trucks to directing vast multi-state service operations.

Steve's executive experience includes leadership as Service Manager at two Freightliner dealerships (Florida and Iowa), where he elevated team performance and customer satisfaction. He then served as Service Operations Manager for a major forklift distributor across six branches in Arizona, California, and Nevada. His strategic insights extended to his role as Product Support Manager for a Link-Belt, Bobcat, and Kubota distributor in Iowa, overseeing five branches. As Regional Operations Manager for a leading diesel engine distributor, he streamlined parts and service operations across 12 Midwest locations, significantly boosting regional performance. Most recently, Steve served as Director of Service Operations for a large diesel engine distributor in Florida, managing 11 key market locations.

Beyond his corporate successes, Steve is also a proven entrepreneur. He has launched and scaled two independent businesses in the diesel sector, culminating in the founding of American Diesel Outfitters (ADO), proudly headquartered in Norman, Oklahoma.

Steve's career is marked by numerous awards for performance, leadership, and service excellence. Remarkably, he achieved all this while raising three children as a single father, showcasing his deep family values and extraordinary commitment.
