Outside Sales Representative – Diesel Parts

Territory: Missouri (MO) & Arkansas (AR) | Priority Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to aggressively grow revenue across Missouri and Arkansas within the Class 2–Class 8 diesel truck parts market. This is a territory ownership role focused on building new business, expanding existing accounts, and maximizing long-term earning potential through consistent B2B sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new B2B accounts in diesel & heavy-duty markets
  • Grow and manage an existing customer base
  • Call on fleets, repair shops, and owner-operators
  • Drive revenue through relationship-based selling
  • Track pipeline, activity, and territory performance

Products & Markets

  • Diesel engine components & aftermarket parts
  • Class 2 through Class 8 product markets
  • Heavy-duty trucking & transportation
  • Construction & industrial equipment
  • Fleet maintenance operations

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years outside parts sales experience
  • Diesel or heavy-duty parts knowledge strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of closing business
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
