New Build Yacht Sales Opportunity: High-Commission Independent Contractor Role (Up to $100,000 Per Deal)

American Diesel Outfitters LLC is seeking a highly connected and driven New Build Yacht Sales Representative to facilitate introductions and close opportunities for new yacht construction projects across the State of Florida (open to consultants nationally).

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity designed for experienced marine sales professionals, yacht brokers, and luxury sales consultants who specialize in high-value relationship-driven transactions.

Position Overview

This role is focused exclusively on new yacht builds through established yacht builders and shipyards. You are not selling maintenance or service work. You are facilitating multi-million-dollar yacht construction opportunities from initial introduction through deal progression.

The core responsibility is relationship development, deal origination, and transaction facilitation within the Florida luxury marine market. Important:This role is not a traditional yacht brokerage position. The client does not act as a retail yacht broker or represent pre-owned vessel transactions. This position is focused exclusively on facilitating new build yacht opportunities directly with established manufacturers and shipyards.

This is a statewide Florida opportunity, including:

  • Tampa Bay / Gulf Coast
  • Jacksonville

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with yacht owners, captains, brokers, and high-net-worth clients
  • Identify new yacht build opportunities across Florida
  • Facilitate introductions between qualified buyers and clients’ builder network
  • Guide clients through early and mid-stage yacht acquisition discussions
  • Coordinate with yacht builders and stakeholders to advance transactions
  • Represent client at marinas, yacht clubs, and industry events
  • Maintain an active pipeline of new build yacht opportunities

Compensation Structure

100% commission-based (independent contractor)

  • No base salary
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Performance-driven compensation only

New Build Yacht Commission Structure

  • Commissions range from $50,000 to $100,000+ paid in stages throughout the yacht build process
  • Commission is based on total yacht value, deal complexity, and level of involvement
  • Paid upon successful closing and execution of each builder transaction milestone
  • Applies exclusively to new yacht construction deals through clients’ builder network
